How long does it take for my package to ship?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours and are picked up by the carrier shortly after. Once your package leaves our office, the delivery time will depend on the carrier and the shipping method selected. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
How can I get free shipping on my order?

Can my orders be drop shipped?
Our company specializes in wholesale and does not currently offer drop-shipping services. However, we provide competitive wholesale pricing and sell products in large quantities, making us an excellent choice for businesses looking to stock up at great prices
Where can I get samples?
Each order contains complimentary samples for you and your clients to try our products. Sample boxes and sample packs are also available to order in our website.
How do I return a defective or damaged product?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please file a claim HERE. Your claim will be sent to our team for review. If approved, you will receive a replacement part or product mailed to you.

COURSES
Do I get a certificate after completing the course?
Yes! Once you’ve completed the course with 100% of the material, you’ll have the option to download your certificate of completion. This certificate is yours to keep and can be added to your professional portfolio.
How long are your courses?
Since our courses are fully online and designed for flexible learning, the time to complete can vary by individual. On average, most students finish within 2–3 hours, but you’re free to learn at your own pace and revisit the material anytime.
Do you offer discounts if I want to purchase multiple courses?
Yes! We can create a custom discount package based on your needs. However, if you’re planning to take several courses, we highly recommend our AW Academy Membership, which gives you unlimited access to all courses for one cost.
Do your courses license me to perform these treatments?
Our courses are designed to provide you with knowledge, skills, and a certification of completion, but they do not serve as a license to practice. We recommend that you check with your state’s medical or cosmetology board to ensure you are in full compliance with local laws and regulations before offering any treatments.

What are the account set up requirements?
In order to have an active an account with AW Advanced Aesthetic Training, customers are required to provide a copy of an active medical or aesthetic license, along with a minimum purchase of $200.00. If you are a student, you can submit proof of enrollment when creating an account or email info@awaesthetictraining.com
Is there a minimum order requirement for first-time purchases?
Yes, we have a minimum order requirement of $200 on all orders. As a wholesale company, we are dedicated to offering exclusivity to our professional account holders. This minimum helps us maintain our commitment to serving licensed professionals and prevents unauthorized end users from purchasing products on our website.
How does the rewards program work?
Every time you place an order you receive points back that will be applied to your account as cashback. You are also able to refer friends for cashback. The points accumulate automatically on your account and will provide you a loyalty code to use at checkout to apply these points.
How do I access my rewards?
To access our Rewards page, first click on the "Open a Professional Account" tab. Under this tab, you'll find a sub-tab labeled "Rewards Page." Click there to access all the details about our rewards program.
How do I access my invoices?
