Where is my package?
Orders from AW Advanced Aesthetic Training are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Your order confirmation will contain a link to track your package online.
Can my orders be drop shipped?
Yes! Our accounts may place orders for drop shipping. When placing your order, simply add the shipping information of the customer that will be receiving a package and add a note saying “Drop Shipping” so that we note to take any pricing information from your package.
Where can I get samples?
Each order contains complimentary samples for you and your clients to try our products. Sample boxes and sample packs are also available to order in our website.
What are the account setup requirements?
In order to have an active an account with AW Advanced Aesthetic Training, customers are required to provide a copy of Medical or aesthetic license, along with a minimum first purchase of $250.00. Once these requirements are met, customers may order as needed with no order minimums.
How do I return a defective or damaged product?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please file a claim HERE. Your claim will be sent to our team for review. If approved, you will receive a replacement part or product mailed to you.

Can Fusion be injected?
Fusion mesotherapy is not approved for injection in the U.S It can be used with micro needling or other modalities.
Can Fusion serums be mixed?
Most serum vials are recommended for use as is. Each serum has been clinically proven to work on its own and mixing could alter the chemistry. Single component serums such as F-HA, Smart Mix, can be mixed with any sterile serum.
How long do our products/ shelf life last?
All of our products have a shelf life of 2-5 years depending on it’s active ingredients.
Is there a first time order minimum?
In order to open an account with our company we do require a minimum order of $250 just for your first order. Once you’ve placed your first order there is no longer a minimum.
How can I use the rewards program?
Each account is automatically enrolled into our rewards program. Every time you place an order you receive points back that will be applied to your account as cashback. You are also able to refer friends for cashback. The points accumulate automatically on your account and once you’re logged in you will be able to see your points. It will provide you a code to use at checkout to apply these points.
Do you offer training for Fusion Ekseption or Mix lab?
We include free webinars of our product lines in our marketing tab online. You will need an account to access this tab. If you are interested in the line and still want to watch our webinars, you can go to our YouTube channel AW Advanced Aesthetic Training and watch them there.
How many treatments do you get out of a single peel bottle?
It is 3 ml for one layer;
if we take 2 layers per treatment, it would be 10 treatments per bottle.
How many uses do you get out of mixlab serums?
For home use (twice a day),
it can be 2/3ml per application, therefore, it is 25 uses. For professional use
-5ml per treatment,
which is 15 uses
How many treatments do you get per Fusion vial?
It is 5 ml per treatment
for the face and a maximum 10ml for the body
How do I access my invoices?
First you will need to log into your account. Once you are
logged, in you will be able to see all the general purchases you have made. You
can click on the invoice order number for your entire detailed invoice to show.
